Traditional PLC routers mainly transmit data over the hot and neutral wires in a power line and are greatly affected by differential mode noise produced by various household appliances. To resolve this issue, Huawei developed the Gigahome 5630 PLC chip with innovative PLC Turbo technology and upgraded the Q2 Pro to use a 3-pin plug that introduced data transmission through the three wires. This helped to dramatically reduce the impact of signal noise produced by household appliances, enhance the signal-to-noise ratio, and greatly improve internal networking performance.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Compro System replacement policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:
- In case you are delivered the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
Note: Change of mind is not acceptable as a reason for return.
However, to complete the replacement of your product, the product should be:
- Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received
- The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
- None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Shipping
